Kickboxing class is going well butI feel like I need to add another day of walking or some other exercise. I am still struggling to control my eating when I'm over my friends' houses and during the weekend. Feeling a bit discouraged that after 5 weeks my total loss is only 3.4 lbs.

Hang in there dear one, you can and will be successful.
Moving more definitely helps! Keep making healthy choices.
You are doing great! I'm a slow loser, too, but at least you are LOSING! Good luck this week!
