Preparing for the weekend

Last night my Husband and I met a couple out for drinks . I ate dinner before we left - a salad and Bocca chicken patty. The men ordered burgers and fries at the end of the evening. Over the entire evening I had 3 rasp vodkas and Sprite, 3 waters, my husband's pickle and a few fries - I'm actually very proud of myself :) I have to figure out what to substitue for the Sprite if I have a drink - Tonic? Soda? Or is a light beer the better choice?

Tonight we're going to dinner for my brother's birthday at Buci de Beppo. It's an Italian chain that serves family style. To prepare for this disaster I am eating a very light lunch and am focusing on eating small portions while there.

Tomorrow is Mother's Day and we're cooking out at my mom's house. I'm bringing some fat free turkey dogs (1pt), whole wheat buns (2) and making some sort of a side dish. I'm searching today for a good recipe.
