Today's Challenge post was about creating a plan for weight loss.
What I want to do is lose 25 lbs....but, how am I going to do it?
Losing weight is going to take more than just eating less - it's going to take a lot of organization!
My weight loss plan:
Follow WW - reread all the literature. Figure out exactly how many points I'm supposed to be eating and what the flex points are.
Plan and prepare lunches and dinners for the week - this is one that I really need to work on.
Keep a journal. I have a little journal that I carry in my purse where I keep track of points and food. I'm finding that I don't have the time to transfer all that data to this blog or to log it here directly. So - the food journal will continue but only on paper.
Eat out less and choose healthier foods when eating out.
Drink my daily amount of water - figure out exactly how many bottles that is.
Cut out all soda consumption.
Start exercising - kickboxing 2 times a week and then something else - ?
My monthly treat is a raspberry cheese croissant from my local coffee shop.
I will eat some Honey Hut ice cream this summer but I think the rule should be I have to walk there to get it.
